Just a few miles from my place tucked in the trees across an alfalfa field is this character old log house ...notice how the woodpeckers have added their touch to this building :) HDR :)

A very interesting specimen - neither log nor stack wall, but a variation with adobe-like sheathing. It shows how well man can adapt his building methods to the materials at hand when he tries! Great find, John. :D
